It’s been a wild 2011-2012 in sports, for both UTSC and the sweaty reality show we call professional sports.
Living away from home is an ordeal in itself, but having to take care of your health for the first time is possibly the hardest challenge students living on residence face.
“Creatine is probably one of the most well-known supplements and at the same time it’s one of the most misunderstood,” said Jeremiah Villanueva, a personal trainer certified under the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
There was a powerful roar last Saturday at the Ricoh Coliseum, coming from the second annual UTSC’s Day with the Marlies participants. School pride was alive and well at the afternoon match-up between two heated American Hockey League rivals, the Toronto Marlies vs. the Hamilton Bulldogs.
