Laura Ingalls Wilder’s book series The Little House on the Prairie has been immensely popular since the first book Little House in the Big Woods was published in 1932. This winter, “Laura” fans have a special treat with the musical playing at Toronto’s very own Canon Theatre as part of the musical’s national tour. The musical brings together many talents, including Melissa Gilbert, who played Laura in the 1974-1984 television series, in the role of Ma.
